Upgraded members pay a nominal fee to make contact with the person that created a profile that interests them. The buyer and sellers connect and work out a deal between each other there is no brokering from us involved. What's a service route?
A route is a collection of stops where a service is performed or product is picked up and delivered to customers. These customers may include residential customers or commercial. Payment is usually made to the owner of the route for the service or product either monthly or per visit.
What types of routes are there?
There are many different types of routes that can be sold and purchased. Some categories include pool service routes, lawn care routes, pest control, cleaning services, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, pooper scooper, beverage and food delivery routes and more. Most of these are independent routes privately owned and operated.
Combined Monthly Service Amount This is the amount of service income that the accounts generate per month. This shouldn’t include any income from repairs or additional items other than the regular service charge to the customer. So for example if you’re selling a pool route with ten accounts and each account is charged $100 for cleaning service, the combined monthly service amount would be 10 x $100 = $1000 combined. A common time frame is 90 days and during this time if a newly acquired account cancels service through no fault or negligence of the buyer, the seller guarantees to replace the account with one of similar value and location or agrees to return the amount paid for the account.
